SHIPPING POLICY
All of my items are shipped in a nylon sleeve packed flat with double cardboard backing. If you purchase a gift, I can easily add a handwritten note and give the package extra attention. Just email me with details simultaneously to your purchase.
I ship worldwide
The item is sent to your PayPal address in 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. I ship it by air mail with a tracking number.
Please note:
Delivery from Israel to the U.S. takes 2-3 weeks,
Delivery to Australia takes 3-4 weeks,
Delivery to Europe takes 1-2 weeks,
and around Israel 3-4 days.
If you need the item sooner, express international shipping is available - please message prior to purchase.

EMS- 4-5 business days $40-48 to most destinations

KETUBAH – ORDER AND PURCHASE PROCESS
1. Complete your order and contact me with the following details at dvash.shop (at) gmail (dot) com or through checkout.
* Names (the way and order you want them to be shown)
* Event Date (the way you want to be shown)
* Parents Names (optional)
* Location (optional)
* Font Colors (optional)
* Number of witnesses
* Your Text in English, Hebrew or both. Dvash can provide you only with the Traditional Aramaic version (Orthodox) therefore if you wish your vows be secular, reform vows, humanistic, mystical, anniversary, conservative or free style please specify this and provide the proper option. Dvash always encourages any form of creativity but please make sure it is spell checked and grammatically correct.
Please note all the info must be included / completed in order for me to start the design process.
2. 72 business hours after receiving your text and details I will send you digital proof; rabbi approval recommended
3. Upon approval, your unique Ketubah will be produced and sent
SCHEDULE
Please order your Ketubah at least 8 weeks from your wedding date. Upon receiving your final approval it might take up to 2 weeks for your order to be sent.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need a rush order, please let me know, before you purchase to make sure I can accommodate your request. Rush fees start at %25 of ketubah's price
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Dvash aims to list all the products with correct and detailed information. Please check these details before purchasing to make sure the product is the way you want it. No refund or exchanges If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me via email within 7 days of receipt and I'll do my best to find a solution that will make you happy within the studio's policy guidelines.
